Warrington Town can confirm that forward Iyrwah Gooden has left the club to join NPL N/West Division side Clitheroe.

Gooden, 20, joined on the eve of the new season and came off the bench in the opening day victory over Basford United.

He also appeared as a substitute in the FA Cup game against South Shields, but was an unused substitute in the next three fixtures.

At the end of September, he penned a deal with National League North side Chester on a dual-registration basis with the Yellows.
